Aventon E-bikes are amazing for having keys specific to each unique E-bike, however, keys can get lost. Don't worry though, we've got you covered. Simply select your bike model and input the lock number that can be seen on the battery. Your new replacement order will arrive with two keys so you can continue to enjoy your ride with peace of mind.

Note that custom ordering a replacement key for your ebike will take up to 60-120 days to receive at Aventon from our factories.

Pace series ebike owners: Your key can be one of two types. Look for the text "REENTION" or "EDITION" on the black plastic receiver where the battery clicks on to your ebike.
