Fast shipping, great product and customer service

I was looking for a replacement scooter after my last one got stolen, and this refurbished Max G30P was the best deal out there. Shipping was fast and the scooter came in great condition with low mileage. Out of the box, there was an issue with one of the tires, but I emailed Knotty and they immediately addressed it. Glad to they have such excellent customer service. Very happy with the purchase. I would definitely buy from them again, and I would recommend Knotty Electrics to anyone looking for an electric scooter. Thanks!

My scooter was lost in transit and Customer Service was dismissive and NOT HELPFUL!

Very impressed!

Scooter came in terrific condition, I may be one of the lucky ones but there was actually 0km on the odometer. Aside from a few very small scuffs I think I basically got a brand new scooter! Tire pressure was good out of box, and the thing rides like a dream.
